How do I join the loyalty program?
You can join the loyalty program through the "Loyalty" tab in your account by clicking the "Join Now" button. If you do not have an account yet, you will need to create one and opt in to email marketing to stay informed.
Do I need an account to earn loyalty points?
You can earn loyalty points without an account if you opt in to email marketing during checkout. However, points earned without an active account will remain locked until you create and activate an account using the same email address.
What does "Pending Activation" mean?
"Pending Activation" means that a loyalty profile has been created for you after a purchase, but your account has not yet been activated. You can activate your profile by joining the program through the "Loyalty" tab in your account.
When do my points become available to use?
Your points become available once your account is activated. Points earned from a purchase can be redeemed starting with your next order, subject to redemption limits and eligibility rules.
How are loyalty points calculated?
Points are calculated based on the product value in USD and your current tier's earning rate:
Circle: 1 point per $1 spent
Inner Circle: 1.5 points per $1 spent
Legacy Circle: 2 points per $1 spent
Tier multipliers are applied automatically at the time of purchase.
What is the value of my loyalty points?
Loyalty points are redeemed at a fixed rate of 10 points for $1 off. You can convert your loyalty points into discounts through the "Loyalty" tab in your account.
Are there limits on using loyalty points?
Yes. Loyalty points can be used to cover up to one-third (1/3) of the total cart value per order.
Loyalty points cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.
Do loyalty points expire?
Yes. Points earned from each purchase expire six months from the date they are issued.
Expired points are automatically removed from your account. Reminder emails may be sent prior to expiration.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If an order is fully refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted.
For partial refunds, a proportional amount of points will be removed.
How do loyalty tiers work, and can my tier change?
Your tier is determined by the total lifetime points earned, not your current points balance:
Circle: Entry tier
Inner Circle: Lifetime points exceed 1,000
Legacy Circle: Lifetime points exceed 2,500
Once upgraded, tiers do not expire and will not downgrade.
