That’s why we offer fast and free shipment worldwide. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we also offer complementary returns and exchanges.

Standard Shipping

You can find a list of our standard delivery times after shipment below (Please note that these are shipping times after an order is made and handed to the carrier. Production time is not included. For production times please visit product pages for each item):

  • U.S. domestic orders: 2-3 business days
  • Europe: 2-3 business days
  • Canada: 3-4 business days
  • Australia and rest of the world: 4-5 business days

 

Signature on Delivery

For your peace of mind, and the safe arrival of your piece, all orders valued at $500 or more are sent with signature required on delivery. This simply means someone will need to be present to sign for the package when it arrives, ensuring your Eternate piece is received safely into your hands rather than left unattended.

If a signature delivery isn't convenient for you, please reach out to us at service@eternate.com before your order ships, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Kindly note that waiving the signature requirement means the package can no longer be covered by insurance, so we'd recommend it only where you're confident the delivery location is secure.


Change of Address

Sometimes plans change. If you need to change the delivery address for your purchase, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible at service@eternate.com Please note that we cannot accept changes of address, once your package is shipped.
