Expedited shipping

Last minute surprise? A gift to self? Decided to pop the question? We know that sometimes you need your Eternate jewelry to arrive faster. Therefore, where available, we also offer an expedited shipping option.
Please note that unlike our standard free shipment, this option comes at an extra fee, which is non-refundable in case of returns or exchanges. To learn more about this option, please contact us at service@eternate.com by email and we will get back to you very soon.

Change of address

Sometimes plans change. If you need to change the delivery address for your purchase, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible at service@eternate.com Please note that we cannot accept changes of address, once your package is shipped.
