What are my financing options?
Eternate brings the option of loan service providers for you to afford your long-living jewelry easily. You can buy your jewelry now and pay the pre-agreed amount later with Shoppay, powered by Affirm. You can choose the suitable method for you and split your purchase into weekly or monthly payments to own the desired jewelry. Choose your payment method at the checkout step or apply for a virtual credit card from their websites/apps. It’s simple, safe, and genuine!
What is the difference between Affirm and Shoppay?
Shoppay is powered by Affirm. The only difference is that Shoppay offers faster checkout after your first purchase by letting you save your email address, credit card, and billing information.
Will I be charged any fees for using alternative paying methods?
No, there isn’t any kind of fee Eternate charges for financing your jewelry with an alternative method. Affirm and Shoppay also won’t charge you fees for splitting your purchase. Interest rates will change according to the payment plan you choose and is between you and the chosen loan service provider.
Does Affirm or Shoppay affect my credit score?
Creating an account, checking your eligibility, or looking for payment plans will not affect your credit score. However, your credit score will be impacted if you choose to pay for your purchase by splitting it monthly with these methods.
What do I need to apply Affirm/Shoppay?
All US residents (excluding Iowa and West Virginia) aged 18 or older can use Affirm/Shoppay. Your name, email, phone number, and last four digits of your social security number will be enough to apply.
What are my payment options?
Shoppay offers to split your purchase into four payments every 2-weeks without interest and 3, 6, or 12 monthly payments to pay off your purchase with the interest of 10-30% APR.
Can I return a financed item?
Yes, you can. Financed items can be returned in the same way you normally would by following Eternate’s return process. The same rules and conditions are applied; the item should be in its original condition, and you should have the receipt. Learn more.
