What to expect after your purchase?

At Eternate, we do everything we can to ensure you have a care-free purchase experience, so you can solely focus on making joyful memories. Here is what you can expect from us after your purchase.

Confirmation of order:

Once you have placed your order online you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase and detailing your order number. You can use your e-mail and this order number to check the status of your order anytime. This email can take a few minutes to reach your inbox. In some cases, the email might end up in your spam box. If you still do not see the confirmation after checking your spam box, please send us an email at service@eternate.com.

Production:

Once we receive your order, our team of artisans start crafting it right away. The production time varies depending on the product. Classic wedding bands will usually take up to 2 days. For details of other pieces, please check the related product pages.

Packaging:

We feel the same anticipation and excitement you feel while waiting for your Eternate jewelry. After production, we will place your custom jewelry in the tasteful and responsible Eternate Box and our packaging team will make sure your package arrives to you safe and sound and in style. Having accompanied you for many joyful memories, we understand that sometimes discretion is called for. If you are planning a surprise, please make sure to reach out to us at service@eternate.com, so we can do our best to be in on it.

Shipment:

After packaging is done, your Eternate jewelry will be ready for dispatch by our delivery partner. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking code. For domestic orders (U.S), it takes around 2-3 business days after shipment for your package to reach you. You can learn more about delivery times in our fast and free shipment policy.
