All of the pieces at Eternate include the manufacturer warranty, you can send us your jewelry for evaluation if you think there is damage due to manufacturing. Affirmed damages will be repaired or the piece will be replaced if needed. You can mail us for utilizing your lifetime warranty or for additional repair work, we will happily take care of your jewelry.
