How unique is my charm, could someone else get the same design?

Your charm is generated based on the specific description you write, so it's extremely unlikely anyone else will end up with the exact same design, even a similar prompt (like "a cat curled into a heart") will produce different details each time. Unlike picking from a catalog, there's no fixed set of designs being reused across customers; your charm is created uniquely for you.

What if I don't like the design — can I try again?

Yes. Before placing your order, you can revise your description and regenerate as many times as you like, exploring different variations until you find the one you love. The inspiration categories mentioned above can also help if you're stuck on how to phrase your idea.

Can I request a charm featuring a copyrighted character, logo, or brand?

No. We cannot produce designs that include third-party copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed content (characters, logos, branded imagery, etc.). Every order is reviewed by our team before production begins — if your request appears to include such content, we will contact you to adjust the design, and we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. While our system does its best to catch these cases, if one is missed and the item is produced, responsibility for any resulting copyright infringement lies with the customer who submitted the request.

What if my necklace doesn't match the design I approved?

Since every charm is custom-made based on the AI-generated design you created on the product page, we work to match the final piece as closely as possible to that design. That said, because each item is handcrafted, there may be very slight natural variations in detail or finish compared to the digital design. If your necklace arrives significantly different from the design you approved, or if there's any damage or defect, contact us at service@eternate.com.
