LIFETIME WARRANTY

What is a Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty?

Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty means that the manufacturer stands behind their products. They offer repair and/or replacement in some cases when there is damage or defects on the product due to manufacturing.

Do I have the Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty at Eternate?

Yes, all of the pieces at Eternate include the lifetime manufacturer warranty. We make this promise to our customers with a clear conscience because Eternate products are crafted with care and free from manufacturing defects. You can send us your jewelry if you think there is damage due to manufacturing. After the evaluation of the defects, ones affirmed as manufacturing defects will be repaired for free or replaced if necessary.

At Eternate, we also offer care services as we promised to be your personal jeweler. We offer prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning services; happy to be next to you even years after your purchase. You can mail us to utilize your lifetime warranty or for additional repair work. We will happily take care of your jewelry.

Conditions And Exclusions

Only the individual who purchased the covered product from Eternate is eligible for the Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary Services we have mentioned above.

Your Manufacturer's Warranty will be void if you have maintenance, repair, sizing, or any other service performed by someone other than Eternate.

Daily wear, activities, and physical damages will endanger your fine jewelry since it is not indestructible. As hands are frequently used in our daily lives, they are open to a great deal of damage. Eternate does not offer warranties for everyday wear, tear, product loss, stone loss, or theft. Damage or loss resulting from a failure to keep up with the necessary maintenance of the product is also not covered. Let us remind you of some cases that would not be considered as manufacturing defects:

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals such as bleach, body lotions or swimming pools.
  • Prongs and precious metals in daily wear require cleaning and polishing due to built-up every six months or once a year.
  • Prongs that have been bent, worn out or distorted as a result of physical damage or daily wear would allow loss of the stone.

What is jewelry insurance?

Insurance is a service that offers coverage for the total value of your insured product, protecting you against loss, theft, damage, and mysterious disappearance.

Do I need to insure my jewelry/wedding ring/engagement ring?

Insuring your Eternate jewelry can give you the liberty of wearing your jewelry without worry, knowing it is protected by a legal arrangement. It is totally up to you and how you prefer to do it. However, insurance should be done by professional insurance groups. Eternate does not provide or collaborate with one. Eternate provides necessary documentation such as invoice and appraisal for insurance purposes.
