At Eternate, it is our promise to you to accompany your memories for a lifetime and beyond with our handcrafted, bespoke, ethical pieces of fine jewelry. That is why we stand behind the quality of our products and stand with you in case of a mishap.

What is a manufacturer's Warranty?

Every piece of fine jewelry at Eternate comes with a free lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. With this warranty, we offer repair and/or replacement if there is damage or defects on the product due to manufacturing.

Do I have the Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty at Eternate?

All of the pieces at Eternate come with the lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. We make this promise to our customers with a clear conscience because Eternate products are crafted with utmost care. You can send us your jewelry if you think there is damage due to manufacturing. After the evaluation, any defects affirmed as manufacturing defects will be repaired for free or, if necessary, replaced.

Conditions And Exclusions

Only the individual who purchased the covered product from Eternate is eligible for the Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary Services we have mentioned above.

Your Manufacturer's Warranty will be void if you have maintenance, repair, sizing, or any other service performed by someone other than Eternate.

Eternate does not offer warranties for everyday wear, tear, product loss, stone loss, or theft. Damage or loss resulting from a failure to keep up with the necessary maintenance of the product is also not covered. Here is a list of some cases that would not be considered as manufacturing defects:

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals such as bleach, body lotions or swimming pools.
  • Normal wear down of prongs and precious metals in daily use over time (cleaning and polishing may be required due to built-up every six months or once a year).
  • Bent, worn out or distorted prongs as a result of physical damage or daily wear.
  • Loss of gemstones due to physical damage and/or daily wear over time.

As Eternate, we also offer extensive care services for such damages and wear and tear as listed above. Our services include prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning. You can simply email us at service@eternate.com to utilize your lifetime warranty or for any additional repair work. We will be happy to stand with you even years after your purchase.

What is jewelry insurance?

Insurance is a service that offers coverage for the total value of your insured product, protecting you against loss, theft, damage, and mysterious disappearance.

Do I need to insure my jewelry/wedding ring/engagement ring?

Insuring your Eternate jewelry can give you the liberty of wearing your jewelry without worry, knowing it is protected by a legal arrangement. It is totally up to you and how you prefer to do it.

Insurance should be done by professional insurance groups. As Eternate, we neither provide insurance nor collaborate with an insurance group. We can only provide necessary documentation such as invoice and appraisal for your insurance purposes.
