The only difference between lab created diamonds and natural diamonds lies in how they are formed. Normal wear and tear, like scratches or dents, are not covered by our warranty. Also, any repairs or adjustments made by someone other than Eternate will void your warranty. However, we offer extensive care services for these exact situations. If your ring has been personalized with an engraving, then there would be a $40 fee for engraving removal which would be deducted from your refund or added to the cost of an exchange.
